Born in Italy, Cristiana Canzanese has been surrounded by Art from a very early age. 

Passionate about experimenting with materials and techniques, she defines herself more of an Artisan than an Artist.

Her work combines her love for printing, painting and sculpture, aspiring to express her innermost self through the abstract experience, colour and movement. 

Inspired by nature and the philosophy of the ‘found object’, she combines her interests for organic forms, ‘the used and the worn’, creating ‘sculptural paintings’ where texture is the artist’ signature.
